OIA offers basic instructions on course registration, academic schedule and other systemic access for academic affairs after their arrival to Hanyang. And then each college admin team help students with their inquiries for academic affairs.

For the additional copies, students are required to apply through our system and pay KRW 500 per certificate. If needed, students can email us by ericaincoming@hanyang.ac.kr

OIA sends two copies of official transcript to the exchange student’s home university coordinator 3-4 weeks after the semester ends. If a student took Korean Language Course, the transcript will be sent together.

Buying textbooks depends on each course, and the cost roughly ranges from KRW 15,000 to KRW 50,000.

Yes, you can also register courses from different department or major, but OIA cannot 100% guarantee as some professors will not accept you if your background for the course of the very dept./ major is not enough.

We have approximately 500 courses available in English a year. The exact number of courses in English differ per semester.
